Dead Animal Smell - Part Two

We have just about cleared the dead animal smell from the back of the house using a combination of things.
First, we have several cans of a product called “Natural Magic” which we found at Office Depot. This stuff kicks butt and removes all of the nasty smells pretty quick. Can’t recommend it enough.
The second thing we’ve done is purchased a big bag of Carbon order stuff. It’s kind of like the stuff you put in the bottom of fish tanks. A few bowl so of this around the house is helping a ton.
Looks like we are going to have a smell free Thanksgiving after all.
What bothers me about all of this is that this is the second time we have had this problem. An animal gets under the house and dies, leaving us to suffer for a few days. I need to shore up the opening on the side of the house so they can’t get in anymore.
