Crud Strikes Again and General Stuff

Been sick with a pretty nasty cold the past 4 days and still feel like crap.
Alex has a cold and is pretty crusty right now, it’s not pretty. He’s been all over the place with his emotions, one minute he is happy, the next minute he is in total meltdown mode. It’s almost like he is in the teething stage again where he is just unhappy no matter what happens. That’s how we know he isn’t feeling well.
Travis was sick last week with something similar and it’s finally spread to the rest of us. Toni is just now getting the full force of this today while I’m nearing the tail end of it (I hope).

For some reason, Alex thinks that picking up a cord and jamming the end of it into his ear is like using a phone. He’ll grab anything that is not plugged in and try to “talk” to people. Most of the time he tells me he is talking to “Naaaa” which is my mother. So mom, if you are reading this those strange calls are coming from Alex.
