How People Find This Blog

I’ve been amazed and surprised at how folks seem to end up reading this site. Some of you are family members, some of you are friends I have not seen since High School. The rest of you end up here because you searched for something odd in google and for whatever reason you end up here disappointed that it’s just a shitty blog by a boring father living in Tacoma. I’m cool with that.
A majority of the web traffic hitting this site is due to this post about us catching a lady stealing our Netflix movies. The search terms that get you to that page are amusing, and some of them are downright scary. The search terms start with “stealing netflix movies” to “how to steal movies” and end up leading to “how to steal mail” and “penalty for stealing mail”.
I assume some of you are trying to find out how to bust into mail boxes so you can steal from others while the rest of you are trying to secure your mail boxes from the bastards that are searching for ways to bust into your mail boxes. You wont find much information on either of those subjects here, sorry.
Some people end up here searching for my name, which makes sense. Others find the site searching for the term “leg wounds” and end up on this page where I posted something about Alexander. Again, sorry to disappoint.
The next thing that drives traffic to the site is a stupid picture called caturday.jpg that I posted back in August of 2006. I am not the original author of the photo and honestly, it’s not that funny but it drives an insane amount of traffic here.
No matter how you end up here, thanks for visiting, I appreciate it even if you thought you’d find something else. For those that are interested, I run a copy of the Legend of the Green Dragon game over on my other site at yellow5.org.
