1985

Posted on February 26, 2008 - Filed Under General, Life

Me on left, Brian Laumann on the right. We are reading Boy’s Life magazine, I have no idea why. I assume we were trying to be funny. This would be my Sophomore year at Wilson High School in Tacoma, roughly 1985.

This was the start of my (and I hate this term) New Wave phase, which later morphed into a semi-goth all around lame phase of my late teens complete with big hair, Bauhaus and spending time in dance clubs up in Seattle all weekend. It was fun at the time, but now I look back in horror.

You look back in horror? Me, too! As your loving mother, I bit my lip and held my breath for 3 years. But I loved you then as I love you now and always. So, where is Laumann now?
