Ok it’s been one full month since the fat loss challenge started and I hit the scale this morning at 180. For those keeping score that’s 17lbs gone in one month. Eating healthy, eating frequent small meals and not much exercise.
Toni is also dropping quite a bit and it’s starting to show. Tracking everything at Sparkpeople.com really helped us, and we’ve been using the recipes from their site every day to get an idea of how, and what to eat to be healthy.
I only miss one food… pizza. there was a commercial last night for some new Pizza Hut pizza and my mouth just watered. And Pizza Hut really isn’t that great. It’s just the thought of eating a nice fat cheesy pepperoni pizza. Oh man.
