We made it through birthday birthday bashes and jumped right into Alexanders “first” Halloween. Alex was dressed as a little devil with red jumpsuit, black wings and a matching hat including horns. The costume idea was my mothers, which was funny because she is somewhat religious. Go figure.
Alexander is now moving from crawling to walking. He figured out that he can actually walk now, so it’s opened a new world for him. He can reach and see things that he missed while crawling. ow that he is mobile there is no stopping him! He laughs and screams and is even trying to run.

We have been without heat for most of this past week because my oil furnace decided to finally die. I have a new one coming in today and we’re all happy about it.

I purchased a Zune mp3/media player from woot.com last week for 80 bucks. It’s a brown refurb but I love it. It’s nice to have movies and music that I can take anywhere. I’ve filled it with old black and white movies like Rashomon, The Last Man on Earth and The Day the Earth Stood Still.

Actually, I am quite religious and I figured the devil costume gave us a chance to laugh at Satan and make fun of him. And Alexander was soooo cute in his costume - definitely need to post those pics on the web site.
