Baby Life - Week 50

Things are crazy around here.
I start a new job soon so I have been busy with the transition and thinking about my schedule. I’ll be working away from the house more so it will cut my time with Toni and the boys.
Sean turned 19 on the 7th and Travis turned 14 yesterday. Two down, one to go with Alex coming up to his first birthday on the 23rd. October is seriously busy!
Alexanders personality is really starting to shine. He is silly and enjoys it. We notice his temper more and more when he doesn’t get his way so we are starting to teach him that he can’t always have the things he wants.
He is still pointing at things and wants us to tell him the names. We are actually a little worried about his obsession with lights. He will drop everything and focus on a light, saying the word and looking at it until we make him go for something else. Need to talk to the doc about that one.
Alex is coming up on his 12 month examination at the docs office and this is one that we are nervous about. He gets new immunizations and these are the scary ones. People claim that these are the shots that can cause all sorts of things like autism and more. I dunno, I just hate risking putting anything into his body.
He is still sleeping in our bed. We try to get him into his crib but he just wont do it. We suck at this part of parenting.
