Baby Life - Week 49

October is here and it’s birthday month!
Sean turned 19, Travis will be 14 and Alex will hit the 1 year mark this month. Sometimes, life comes at you quickly.
Alexander is looking more like a little boy and less like a baby. His personality is really starting to shine, and it looks like we have a silly kid on our hands. His understanding of words and concepts has bloomed the past week and it feels like he is growing up right before my eyes.
Still a problem with him sleeping in our bed but we are trying. Actually we are not trying as hard as we could, but the idea of not sleeping while he cries in his crib makes us both cringe.
Alex *hates* having his diaper changed and cries, kicks, screams during a change. We have no idea why but my aunt tells us that I was the same way. You’d think he would want to have it changed after dropping a load…
I start a new job soon with the same company and am looking forward to the change. I’ll be out of the house more and I’ll be able to keep work more separate from home life.
