Nintendo DS Mod Chips

This will be a quick update because I am busy this morning, but wanted to say that I am very pleased with the folks at Mod-Chip.com.
I ordered a new Cyclo DS Revolution mod for my Nintendo DS to replace the DS-Xterme mod chip I originally purchased. The DS-Xtreme just has too many issues, and updates are moths apart.
I was expecting my Cyclo DS to arrive from Mod-Chip.com yesterday but when UPS dropped the package off I knew there was going to be a problem. The package had been ripped apart and put back together with tape. Uh-oh.
When I opened the package, the Cyclo DS was missing. I contacted the support folks at mod-chip.com and explained my experience with them, that I was a new customer and not very happy with the situation. How did they handle it? They shipped a new unit out this morning, no questions asked and they were quick to apologize for the issue. How refreshing is that?
Great customer service, and mod-chip.com has a customer for life.
