Baby Life - Week 12

Welcome to the arctic edition of baby life.
With temps dipping into the teens and 6 inches of snow in our area any tips outside was an adventure. Alexander had to make a few trips out into the weather with mom so that requires more layers of clothing to keep him warm. As you can see from the photo, he doesn’t mind and enjoys his trips outside.
We have started teaching Alexander what “up” means. Every time we pick him up we say “want up?” and lift our arms up. He seems to get the concept and I notice him lifting his arms when he isn’t comfortable sitting in one spot.
There is one word in our house that will get an instant smile from him. Poop. I don’t know if it’s a by-product of being surrounded by men in the house or something genetic but saying “poop” in front of him makes him laugh.
