Me and My Shadow On Broadway

Studio Moves Dance Center presented an awesome performance last Saturday at the Curtis High School Theater. Travis has been a member of Studio Moves for a few years now and this was their best performance I have seen. The opening number was “Me and My Shadow” with the older girls followed by their “shadows” which consisted of the younger girls in the class mirroring what the older girls were doing on stage.
There were a total of 14 performances ending with “Sing! Sing! Sing!” which featured Travis getting abused by Hannah, Sarah, Aliesha, Hailey, Sophie and Tatyanna. Come to think of it Travis was also abused during “Lola” by the same girls earlier in the show. They get to kick him around a bit during those numbers and it was excellent.
Travis also performed in “Men In Black” with Andrew and Gabriel. Andrew and Gabriel are much younger than Travis and while Travis did a great job it was Gabriel that stole the show. This kid can’t be older than 4 years and he was all over the stage! Lots of jumping and some serious shaking going on.
Lots of credit to Studio Moves Dance Center owner and instructor Breanna Flores and kudos to all of the kids for an excellent day of entertainment!

David,
Hello, this is Travis’ dance teacher Breanna. I read the wonderful comment that you wrote about my performance in September and I want to let you know how much I appreciate that. It is always nice to get positive feed back especially being such a small dance studio and a young buisness owner. I just read it also to my husband he really appreciated that as well. It is so nice to have a nice family such as yours as a part of my studio. We all love Travis and he is a great kid!! Toni told me that you could help me with a website. I know that both your lives are kind of crazy and busy with a new child at home, so when you have the time I would love for some help. I really want to get my name out and I know that a website for people to view my dance studio would help out a lot and I have NO idea how to do a website on my own. Anyways thank you for being so supportive, you guys are the best!
