Smells Like…

It smells like Italy exploded in my house this morning.

My kids spent the weekend with their father (I’m an evil step-parent) and they ate something with lots of garlic last night. I caught wind of it when they came home but it was late and we were in “going to bed” mode so I ignored it.

Walking down the steps this morning everything was fine until the half way point and then the smell hit me. Imagine two teenagers sleeping for 10 hours with their mouths open after eating what I assume was 1000 cloves of garlic. It was like an invisible garlic ghost reached out and choked me.

At least we are safe from vampires.
